Talent Manager, Recruiter
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team and dedicate efforts to recruiting non-exempt roles across the country, primarily the technicians responsible for operating our plants. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Job Overview:
The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruiting process for technician roles across the U.S. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for non-exempt technician roles nationwide.
- Monitor applicant flow and shortlist applicants that meet minimum qualifications.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Screen applicants for basic qualifications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates to the Recruiting Manager, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers on progress.
- Assist with career fairs and other recruiting events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Act as vacation relief for recruiting colleagues on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or sourcing experience. Experience in industrial gases or a similar industry is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating and editing spreadsheets, simple formulas).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with high-volume recruiting in industrial/manufacturing environments.
