Integration Project Manager

Responsibilities

As our Integration Project Manager, you are responsible for the full lifecycle of integration projects, from evaluation and prioritization to documentation and support. You work closely with partners, vendors, and our engineering team to ensure that all integrations are successful and sustainable, and you collaborate with customers and support teams to verify that everything is working as expected.

Qualifications

You’ll need to have a strategic mindset, coupled with a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you’ll also need to be an exceptional communicator, with superior listening and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to understand the communication styles of team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Additionally, you need to be able to motivate teams and build strong working relationships.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience producing software scope/specification documentation
  • Conversant in software development and different integration technologies
  • Experience with HCM or SQL Server is a plus
