Responsibilities
  • Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful project implementation.
  • Ensures projects align with the organization’s overall strategic goals and, if not, revises plans to achieve alignment.
  • Oversees all project implementation related to project management, including monitoring, reporting, financial transactions, and execution of project plans.
  • Guarantees that scope, schedules, accurate drawings, cost tracking, equipment design, and engineering aspects are adequately defined and maintained.
  • Acts as the primary company contact for all general engineering questions and delegates responsibilities as appropriate.
  • Selects and manages the training of project teams, assigns clear roles, provides supervision, and manages performance.
  • Negotiates or supervises the negotiation of requests for equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Creates and manages project budgets.
  • Regularly updates clients, stakeholders, and executives with reports on project progress and performance.
  • Works closely with Product Line, Engineering, and/or Operations staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience managing projects.
  • Travel: 50%.
  • Other:
    • Must submit to and satisfactorily complete pre‑employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
