This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager located in The Woodlands, TX. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion by ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing logistics, expediting materials and resources, conducting inspections, leading teams, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong skills in Project Management for overseeing project life cycles from initiation to completion.
• Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery and efficient coordination of materials and resources.
• Proficiency in conducting Inspections to maintain quality and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Leadership and team management abilities to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial roofing or construction management is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies is beneficial.
