Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Looking for a detail-oriented Lifestyle Manager to identify, coordinate and market all resident programs and events to include recreational, social, travel, cultural, educational and entertainment designed to enrich the quality-of-life residents of the community. The Lifestyle Manager is primarily responsible for planning and executing small to large scale resident and community-wide events. Responsibilities encompass event coordination from planning to execution, marketing and promotions, & vendor and contract management.

  • Supervision of other staff
  • Knowledge and understanding of the budget
  • Plan, coordinate and implement resident events and community-wide events.
  • Vendor management skills to ensure excellent vendor partnership and relationship building
  • Secure all entertainment, food, decorations and items necessary to carryout event/s
  • Social committee liaison soliciting input and involvement from residents by attending committee meetings
  • Assess overall success of event/s
  • Additional work-related tasks may be needed
