We’re seeking a full‑time studio manager to join our leadership team in Perspire Sauna Studio The Woodlands. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
Working with guests. All the time. If you want a non-selling “office” job, this isn’t it.
Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.

Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
