Marketing Specialist

Prince Health is looking for an outgoing and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Community Sales Specialist. The Marketing Specialist champions Prince Regenerative Medicines growth efforts through an intense focus on building the client base (new patients), increasing recall rates (follow up appointments) and through the promotion of practice therapies. This position utilizes digital marketing strategies, event development and community engagement to achieve marketing goals.

Lead the marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels.

Plan, execute, and manage community marketing campaigns and events.

• Engage with our community to network and build collaborative business relationships.
• Assess needs, provide assistance and information on products and procedures.
• Schedules and/or reschedules patient follow-ups and procedures.
• Achieve positional marketing goals of:
  • Consistently schedule X# of community events per month.
    Drive engagement through the scheduling of X# of new patients per month
• Oversee marketing efforts, ensuring they are optimized for maximum ROI
• Work with social media to develop strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms.
• Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
• Ensures accuracy and confidentiality of all information and records.
• Consistently maintains professional demeanor.
• Steps in to assist the team in any area, as needed, with a willing heart and a positive attitude. Other duties requested or assigned.

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to build relationships, achieve goals and generate sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Interest in holistic and functional medicine
