Are you a strategic and proactive brand champion with a passion for driving market growth? We're seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our core brand initiatives. This isn't just a job—it's an opportunity to build and shape the future of beloved consumer brands in the U.S. market.

In this key role, you'll have the autonomy to design, implement, and lead comprehensive marketing strategies that directly impact our bottom line. You’ll be the central point of contact for our strategic brands, collaborating with a high‑energy team to expand our market presence and solidify our leadership position.

• Lead Strategic Growth: Develop and execute impactful 18‑month marketing plans that drive brand growth and market penetration for our key brands. You’ll own the strategy, from conception to execution.
• Innovate & Launch: Lead new product launches from initial concept to successful market debut.
• Drive Performance: Utilize data and market insights to refine strategies and investments, ensuring our brands consistently perform at their peak.
• Build Relationships: Forge strong partnerships with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing) and external agencies (advertising, market research, suppliers) to create seamless, impactful campaigns.
• Be an Innovator: Propose and champion creative, disruptive paths that set our brands apart from the competition.

• Strategy & Planning: Craft and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, investment plans, and budgets for your assigned brands.
• Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with sales and commercial teams to ensure a cohesive market approach and develop brand planograms.
• Market Analysis: Regularly evaluate campaign performance and market conditions to make informed, agile decisions.
• Supplier Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers to strengthen our marketing initiatives.
• Reporting: Design and maintain brand performance indicators to facilitate data‑driven decision‑making.

• Experience: At least 5 years of brand or trade marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing successful brand strategies.
• Strategic Mindset: A proactive, results‑oriented leader who can anticipate market risks and seize opportunities.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. You’re a leader who can rally a team around a common goal.
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
