This position will support The Woodlands, Texas location. Nestled in the vibrant, nature‑rich community of The Woodlands, Texas Oncology stands as a beacon of hope and healing. Long‑Term

Incentive Plan (LTIP)

LTIP is an incentive program typically vested over a three‑year period and is tied to both individual performance and the operational success of Texas Oncology. Awards are discretionary and based on your position, performance, and potential for future career growth at Texas Oncology. Awards are reviewed and approved during the annual compensation review. LTIP awards are subject to your continued employment through the award payment date, and are governed by the written terms and conditions of the LTIP document.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure clinical operations and practice consistent with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with practice management to provide support on operational projects such as site Quality Committees, Quality Oncology Practice Initiative site assessments, Advancing Care Information, the Oncology Care Model (OCM), and other special projects as assigned.
  • Facilitate the implementation and/or utilization of outcomes data and evidence‑based practices
  • Facilitate implementation of standardized best practices within the organization.
  • Ensure practice standards of care are consistent with community standards of care.
