Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding.
- Safely transfer residents between beds, chairs, and vehicles.
- Take and record vital signs; collect specimens as needed.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to nursing staff.
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Support new resident welcome and orientation.
- Participate in group activities and resident care conferences.
- Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CNA certification or experience in senior care preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for older adults.
- Ability to read and follow care plans and safety procedures.
- Commitment to teamwork and a positive work environment.
