A leading real estate development firm in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Land Closing Coordinator to manage land acquisition and lot sales. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a minimum of 3 years in real estate transactions. You will work collaboratively with various business segments and ensure efficient transactions with title companies and other service providers. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate is preferred.

Texas Notary License is a plus.
