The Busser position involves:

• Ensuring the overall guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
• Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Assisting with the delivery and serving of all food items to appropriate guests using the pivot point system.
• Removing soiled dishes and utensils between courses.
• Ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly between seating.
• Carving appropriate entrees, including pork chops, Chateaubriand, and bone-in New York strip steaks, table-side for guests.
• Assisting the chef team with kitchen upkeep, including restocking silverware and plateware, and cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
• Assisting with kitchen closing procedures, including returning all appropriate food items to their coolers.
