Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour (up to $14 per hour)
About the RoleThe Baker is at the heart of Nothing Bundt Cakes. Dedicated to perfecting the craft, baking joy‑bringing cakes, and maintaining a clean and ready baking environment for the team.
Responsibilities- Prepare and bake cakes according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and tools.
- Assist teammates in daily operations and help ensure a high‑quality guest experience.
- Day shift Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability as needed.
- Early closing on holidays and Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and other selected holidays.
- Comprehensive training in baking and career development.
- Cake discounts.
- Bi‑yearly bonus potential.
