We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised Sales Executive to join our Commercial team at our office in The Woodlands, TX. This multi-functional role is essential to the smooth operation of our sales activities and provides critical support to the President, and parent company based in the UK.As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a variety of sales-related administrative and operational tasks. These include preparing quotations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, and assisting with customer enquiries. Your work will ensure efficient communication between clients, regional sales teams, and internal departments, helping to drive overall commercial performance.
This is an ideal role for someone seeking to build a varied career working for a regional office, with a strong interest in the commercial and customer-facing side of the Electrical Engineering industry. You’ll work closely with technical and sales professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in how engineering solutions are scoped, proposed, and delivered.
Role and Responsibilities- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Prepare quotations, documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Provide support to the President in managing customer relationships, with the potential to attend customer sites, industry events, and exhibitions across the US.
- Assist with organization of customer training, seminars or webinars, exhibitions and other events to drive new opportunities with clients.
- Respond to new and existing customer enquiries.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
The role will also involve any other ad hoc tasks as given by the President and Group Sales Director, and CEO.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of using CRMs.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Be able to work both reactively and proactively in a busy and varied sales environment.
