Technical Sales Representative (Spanish–English) - Industry 4.0
Predicore is the U.S. operation of MAPER, a company with 10+ years providing Industry 4.0 predictive maintenance technology to LATAM's largest industrial operations. We're not another IoT sensor company, we specialize in complex, high‑value assets where failure costs millions.
Your Entry Point from Industrial Sales into Tech Sales
As our first U.S. sales hire, you'll establish our customer base and market presence in Houston.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify opportunities in the industrial sector
- Build relationships with Reliability Engineers and Maintenance Managers
- Drive quote‑to‑close process with proposals and negotiation
- Own pipeline health and forecast accuracy in CRM
- 3+ years in technical B2B sales to industrial facilities (plants, refineries, mills, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Hunter mentality with proven ability to open new accounts
- Comfortable with consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Base compensation + uncapped commissions
- W-2 employee status
- All travel expenses covered
