Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR
Overview
Closet Factory is seeking experienced closers for in-home sales of custom cabinets used in home organization. The role is 100% commission-based and focused on converting leads into customers. Strong performers can earn $100,000+; top performers can earn substantially more. This position is not for part-timers or dabblers. You are expected to be self-driven, energetic, and coachable, with the ability to host appointments and close sales after a 1-week training program.
Responsibilities
- Close deals in in-home settings for custom storage solutions.
- Host and conduct up to 5 appointments per week, including Saturdays and evenings, across the Houston area.
- Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to keep prospects and clients organized.
- Provide excellent service and aim to turn ongoing sales into a referral business.
- Learn product knowledge and sales processes through the 1-week training program and ongoing coaching.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience; home improvement related sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be trainable / coachable
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Location and schedule
Coverage area:
City of Houston. Availability to host up to 5 appointments per week, including Saturdays and evenings.
