Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and help build an amazing beauty business.
You need to be sales-driven with experience in beauty and retail.
The Freelance Makeup Artist is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store, always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. Your role reflects the brand values and caters to the customer base. You will achieve sales targets by providing an amazing experience and exemplary service.
This role requires passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy and offering a personalized shopping experience.
- Strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
- Create brand awareness by sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues.
- Support open communication, professionalism, and creativity at all times.
- Ensure the counter is “customer ready” from open to close.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness for display units, tools, and testers.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, rotation, and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
- Help in executing events.
- Communicate regularly with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
- Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submitting timesheets accurately.
