Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. The role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in managing middle‑market accounts and is well‑versed in all lines of commercial insurance. The successful candidate will take ownership of a significant book of business, working with accounts ranging from $50,000 to $1 million in size.

This is an onsite position, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team in a collaborative environment.

• Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including property, cyber, EPLI, workers' compensation, and package policies
• Handle all aspects of account management from A–Z, including quoting new and renewal business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiencyVW
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain Ferdinand accurate records

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Extensive experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle‑market accounts
• Strong knowledge of various lines of coverage, including property, cyber, EPLI, workers' compensation, and package policies
• Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
• A proven track record of long‑term stability and success in previous roles
