Provide personalized sales and styling service in the jewelry, handbags, accessories, and luggage department. Build lasting customer relationships, deliver an engaging shopping experience, and achieve personal sales goals.
Responsibilities- Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide confident style and product recommendations.
- Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, digital tools, follow-up, and customer outreach.
- Meet sales goals while maintaining current product and trend knowledge.
- Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
- Support teammates and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Genuine interest in fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Goal-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort using technology and digital selling tools.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and work varied hours.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
