What your day will look like:

Develop and grow new business opportunities across Industrial Applications.
Expand relationships within existing accounts while identifying and securing new customers.
Develop new territories and drive market expansion initiatives.
Drive growth initiatives for thermal management solutions.
Create and execute account development plans.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility through CRM tools.
Conduct customer visits, application reviews, and market development activities.
Collaborate closely with TS&D, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
Represent the company at customer events, conferences, and industry trade shows.

What we expect from you:

Ability to work across multiple industries and technical applications.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a matrix organization.
Experience creating account plans and sales forecasts.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Business, or related technical field preferred.
Strong understanding of cooling fluids, thermal management technologies, electronics applications, and industrial processes.
Experience with in specialty chemicals and surfactant-based solutions preferred.
Knowledge of specialty chemicals, surfactants, industrial formulations, cooling technologies, or related industrial applications.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Fluent English required.
Spanish language skills preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Located in the Eastern United States preferred.
