Provide personalized fashion advice and customer service in the Women's Apparel department. Build lasting customer relationships, grow a personal client base, and achieve individual sales goals.
Responsibilities- Follow the 5-Point Selling Standard and offer helpful styling and fit recommendations.
- Build customer relationships through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, and timely follow-up.
- Meet sales goals, maintain product knowledge, and support a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and inventory counts.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work varied hours and meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent movement and lifting merchandise.
