Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep, Recreation & Leisure
- Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment
- Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks
- Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio
- Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)

- Part-time ocntract, shifts fall between 7:00am to 10.15pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Good communication skills
- Warm, friendly and genuine approach to guests and colleagues
- Confident using IT systems and software
