Teaching Assistant

We're looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a specialist education team supporting some of the most vulnerable, disadvantaged and complex young people in the community.

This is not your average classroom role. You'll work alongside pupils who have faced significant challenges in their lives and need positive role models, consistent support and genuine care to help them succeed. Every day brings new opportunities to build trust, celebrate progress and change the trajectory of a young person's future.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional and behavioural challenges.
• Building positive relationships and helping young people feel safe, valued and understood.
• Assisting teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
• Encouraging emotional regulation, resilience and personal development.
• Playing a key role in improving educational and life outcomes for young people who need it most.
• Working as part of a passionate, supportive and highly skilled team.

We're looking for people who:

• Have experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults (desirable but not essential).
