We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team, ensuring the upkeep and safety of guest accommodation and on-site facilities through effective maintenance and problem-solving.

• Respond to maintenance callouts and resolve issues promptly
• Carry out general and planned preventative maintenance tasks
• Record and communicate incomplete work and potential future problems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Full-time and part-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 or 160 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Full Driving Licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
• Practical working knowledge and experience in general maintenance
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
