Veterinary Surgeon – Thetford, Norfolk Salary up to £65,000 DOE No OOH Certificate Support

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a welcoming and well‑equipped small animal practice in Thetford. With flexible hours, no out‑of‑hours, and excellent clinical support, this is the perfect opportunity for vets seeking both professional growth and work‑life balance.

• Salary up to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
• No out‑of‑hours or on‑call work
• 6.6 weeks holiday including Bank Holidays

You’ll join a multi‑vet team with varied interests, supported by experienced RVNs and support staff. The role involves a mix of consulting and routine surgery, with time for case work‑up and clinical freedom.

• Flexible rota – full‑time or part‑time considered
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only
• Great case continuity and supportive mentorship
• Option to pursue a certificate in your area of interest

This RCVS‑accredited, purpose‑built practice is equipped with digital x‑ray, ultrasound, in‑house lab, separate cat/dog wards, and dedicated surgical facilities. The practice has a strong team culture and prides itself on delivering high‑quality, compassionate care.
