Van Delivery Driver

Location:

Norfolk, NR16 2RL

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6am – 4pm (flexibility around these hours is essential)

Salary: £34,500 per annum, plus overtime and bonus

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Van Delivery Driver to join our Transport department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely delivery and collection of Conquip products. You will ensure excellent customer service while adhering to all relevant regulations. Working closely with the Depot Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating logistics and upholding the positive reputation of the Conquip brand.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and collect Conquip products to and from final destinations in a professional, efficient and effective manner
Coordinate logistics with the Transport Manager, prioritising a customer-focused approach
Maintain clear and timely communication between the office and customers to meet or exceed delivery targets
Comply rigorously with all driving regulations, including Tacho and DSA standards
Uphold a positive and professional representation of the Conquip brand at all times
Ensure the vehicle is maintained to a high standard and all compliance requirements are met

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy and punctuality of Tacho reports
Consistent achievement of on-time delivery performance
High levels of customer satisfaction
Regular and thorough vehicle maintenance

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Full compliance with driving and safety regulations

Experience with flatbed vehicles is advantageous
