Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Estimator located in Thibodaux, LA. The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with project teams, and assessing material and labor requirements. Additional duties include identifying project risks, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. The position requires collaboration with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in estimating, budgeting, and cost analysis
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans, specifications, and blueprints
• Familiarity with commercial plumbing, medical gas systems, and site utilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Education or certifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the mechanical contracting or plumbing industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
