This opportunity offers excellent support, competitive compensation, and a manageable commute from both New Orleans and Baton Rouge.
- Annual ED Volume: 35,000 visits
- ED Beds: 17, includes a designated Fast Track
- Daily Patient Census: 80–120
- Admission Rate: 13%
- Scribes available to support documentation
- EMR:
Medi Tech - Modern facility with strong clinical resources and operational support
- Physicians: 36 hours/day
- 12-hour shifts: 6a–6p / 11a–11p / 6p–6a
- APPs: 36 hours/day
- 12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 9a–9p / 4p–4a
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM Only)
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license and DEA
