We are hiring a Pediatric Private Duty LPN in the Thibodaux area to provide pediatric private duty care during day shifts. We offer full-time/part-time hours, flexible schedules.

• Provide direct skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Record clinical and progress notes during visits, ensuring continuity of care.
• Assist with teaching patients and families about care needs.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient records.
• Attend team and staff meetings to enhance communication and coordination.
• Observe, record, and report signs and symptoms and changes in patient condition.
• Participate in the organization’s performance improvement and compliance programs.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

• Must meet educational/experience requirements outlined by state licensing laws.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred; previous home care experience preferred.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.

LA:
Current LPN Licensure in LA without restrictions and at least one year of experience working as an LPN.
