Our popular restaurant is searching for servers with a welcoming smile and a positive customer service attitude to set the tone for our visitors' dining experience. In the restaurant, you will serve our customers by ensuring they are seated quickly, orders are received, prepared, and delivered in a timely manner, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next customers.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials so that you can respond to client questions and provide recommendations
• Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
• Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors
• Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities
• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties

• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification

$15 - $22 hourly
