- Diagnose complex mechanical issues and implement effective, high-quality repair solutions.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure safety and performance standards for our customers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations.
- Maintain clear communication with service advisors regarding the status and needs of client vehicles.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe for everyone on the shop floor.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest vehicle technology and repair techniques.
- Automotive service excellence or vocational degree in diesel/automotive technology.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Working knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostic tools and repair software.
- Basic set of hand tools to perform standard mechanical repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- ASE certifications are highly valued but not strictly required to start.
