Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join its multi-specialty group practice in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.
The position involves outpatient practice with call duties and potential inpatient responsibilities in the future.
Become part of an established mental health program with 100 diverse and talented team members.
The facility includes a residential treatment center for mentally ill adults and mental health services for children.
Services also include a four-county outreach program for adults, an adult work therapy program, and community-based services for children and families.
A new 16-bed state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric unit was opened in 2015.
Compensation PackageSanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan, including a comprehensive benefits package such as health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401K plan; short-term and long-term disability; life insurance; CME allowance; paid time off; malpractice insurance with tail coverage; and a relocation allowance.
The annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) is $269,806 - $349,160, with potential to exceed this through personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be available. Actual offers are determined based on education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice, and job requirements.
