Sanford Health is seeking a board-certified general surgeon to join their excellent team in Thief River Falls, MN. (GI experience with competency in colonoscopies/scopes preferred)

Work with 20+ local providers in practice, with many specialty providers from a tertiary center readily available.

The medical center is a spacious, modern 65,000 square foot facility.

Thief River Falls serves as a regional health center for a predominantly rural population of 75,000.

Over 30 specialty services are offered.

More than 600 Sanford Health employees and 36 physicians work within the community.

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401K plan; short-term and long-term disability; life insurance; CME allowance; paid time off; malpractice insurance and tail coverage; and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation ranges from $414,669 to $536,631 (based on 1.0 FTE), with potential to exceed this based on personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers vary based on education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice, and job requirements.

Thief River Falls, Minnesota, has a population of 9,400 and is growing.
