Talent Manager, HR Manager
Position Overview
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a key strategic partner in supporting leadership as a valuable resource and mentor for team members. You’ll drive data‑driven decisions and work closely with leaders to build teams that achieve their specific business goals. You’ll also work with our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and optimize the performance and engagement of individuals and teams.
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office, with potential domestic travel between Digi Key offices for localized support.
- Act as a strategic partner, aligning people strategy with business strategy and guiding business leaders on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
- Lead change management efforts, including defining and managing changes and communication plans related to org design, leadership, reporting structures, and people-related programs.
- Influence, coach, and guide leaders through complex circumstances, analyze trends and metrics with the HR group, and advise on employee relations, performance management, development, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with leaders to build high‑performing teams and collaborate with Learning & Development to implement training programs that enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, reduce legal risk, and manage complex employee relations issues.
- Build relationships across all levels and mentor HRBPs in supporting the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 10‑14 years of Human Resources or related experience, including HRBP experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic HR consultation to senior business leaders.
- Strong strategic, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to leverage HR data to inform talent strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Strong business acumen and communication abilities.
- SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.

$90,000 to $125,000 annually (base salary).
Many factors influence the determination of base pay within this range, including experience, skills, capabilities, performance, relative pay of similar roles, and budget availability.
