Position Overview
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner
, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and a trusted resource for team members. You’ll influence organizational change, drive data‑informed decisions, and partner with leaders to build high‑performing teams. You’ll collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to recruit, retain, and develop talent while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week onsite. Occasional domestic travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities- Align people strategy with business objectives as a strategic HR partner.
- Lead change management initiatives and communication plans.
- Provide consultation and coaching to leaders on performance, engagement, and employee relations.
- Partner on talent development programs and oversee performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage risk effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10–14 years of HR or related experience, including HRBP experience.
- Proven ability to provide strategic HR solutions to senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence at all levels.
- SHRM‑SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, and SharePoint.
CompensationBase pay range: $90,000–$125,000
