What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor the social media team, managing workflows and processes.
• Develop and execute social strategies for campaigns and product launches.
• Concept and oversee cross‑channel paid targeting and trend‑driven content.
• Monitor cultural trends and optimize content for engagement and performance.
• Translate analytics into actionable insights that fuel continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in social media or digital marketing, with leadership experience.
• Expertise in major platforms (X, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube).
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Experience with analytics tools and enterprise social platforms.
• A creative, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation.

This is a hybrid role based in Thief River Falls, MN, offering a competitive salary range of $68,000-$90,000
