Base pay range$72,000.00/yr - $98,500.00/yr
Are you passionate about leading impactful projects that shape the future of an organization? Digi Key is looking for a Project Manager to join our Transformation Office and deliver initiatives that align with business goals and accelerate growth.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects using traditional and Agile methodologies.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational transformation.
- Foster collaboration across teams and ensure consistent execution.
- Contribute to best practices and mentor junior project managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of project management experience with proven success in change management.
- Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile and traditional).
Location: Hybrid – Minimum two days per week in Bloomington, MN or Thief River Falls, MN.
Compensation: $72,000–$98,500
Travel: Domestic travel between Digi Key offices may be required.
