L&M Supply is seeking a Store Operations Manager for the Thief River Falls store. You will lead retail operations, coach staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. This full-time role requires strong leadership and a passion for operational excellence.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am-5pm with two closing shifts and alternating Saturdays. Target pay range is $55,000-$70,000 per year, with starting pay based on location, experience and offered position.
