Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00

Join our compassionate, skilled and collaborative OB/Med/Surg team, where you’ll make a meaningful impact during life’s most transformative moments. As a PRN RN, you’ll primarily support our Obstetrics unit and flex to Med/Surg when OB census is low—ensuring continuity of care across two areas of our hospital.

• Must be trained in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum Care
• Required:
  
  BLS, ACLS, NRP and Fetal Monitoring and additional education required by the Acute Care department
• Preferred and will be required: STABLE
• Med/Surg experience preferred— but not required. We will train you!
• Required to pick up a minimum of 2 shifts (16 hours) every 6 weeks. At least one shift per schedule must be an evening, night, weekend, or holiday.

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up along the continuum of care
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
