Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for #736 Thief River Falls, Minnesota. The role involves providing excellent customer service by completing sales transactions in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner. The associate will also maintain clean, stocked, and well-presented merchandise displays.

• Providing excellent customer service to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Promoting Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and Healthy Pack Rx , and assisting with patient enrollment.
• Guiding customers to merchandise locations and using suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
• Stocking, cleaning, sorting, pricing, maintaining POS labels, rotating, and fronting merchandise for an appealing store appearance.
• Implementing planograms accurately and promptly.
• Maintaining endcaps with promotional items, overstocked merchandise, and high-profit items.
• Learning and adapting to new technologies continuously.
• Remaining flexible to accommodate new or changing roles and responsibilities.
• Assisting in various store areas as needed.
• Maintaining good attendance and punctuality to fulfill job functions.

This position may require long periods of standing. Employees must frequently talk, hear, use hands, fingers, handle objects, and reach with arms. Occasionally, employees must lift/move up to 40 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Applicants should possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Courses in communication or public relations are helpful. Preferably, candidates will have at least one year of experience in a similar sales and service role.
