Start Your Career in Early Years Education with Lara Nursery Are you passionate about working with children and looking to build a rewarding career in the Early Years sector? Lara Nursery has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice. What You'll Be Doing As a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced practitioners to support children's learning and development while completing your qualification.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children in their daily learning and play experiences. Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities based on children's interests and developmental stages. Encouraging children's exploration, creativity, and independence. Supporting outdoor learning activities, nature-based experiences, and sensory play. Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues. Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and welcoming. Promoting children's wellbeing, emotional development, and confidence.

Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery and policies What You'll Gain A recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification. Practical experience within a supportive nursery setting.
