WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead the Team:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights! - Ensure Safety:
Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone. - Monitor Performance:
Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals. - Foster
Collaboration:
Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
- Experience working in a transport office environment
- Previous experience managing or supervising people
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
