We are recruiting for a number of Welders for positions based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. Our client is one of the largest and most successful steel-work contractors in the UK and has recently won a large amount of work, so they are looking to extend their workforce.

• Weld to a high standard of quality within production time scales.
• Work safely and in accordance with site procedures and quality requirements.

• Preferably experienced in structural steel welding.

• Day
  
  Shifts:
  
  Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 4.30pm;
  Friday 6.30am to 12.30pm

• Days - £18.89 per hour (£43,220.32 per annum)
• Overtime rates available

• Candidates must be prepared to go on site for a weld test.
• Test 1 - 8mm single run fillet weld.
• Test 2 - 10mm multi-run fillet weld.
• Test 3 - Double bevel full penetration butt weld.
