** Your key responsibilities:
*** Sample Preparation for Internal and External Analysis
* Perform chemical procedures and physical measurements (wet chemistry):
Titrations, water content, optical rotation and other standard tests
* Set up Sensory Panels
* Be an active member of the Sensory Panel
* Perform Batch release/rejection
* Perform Equipment calibration
* Support non-conformity: customer linked analytical/ sensory profile, supplier non-conformity
* Respect health, safety, hygiene, quality and environmental rules applicable on site

** You bring:
*** BSc in scientific related field, such as biochemistry, chemistry, food industry OR relevant similar minimum 3 years’ experience in quality control.
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with diverse stakeholders
* Rigorous and data-driven, able to make decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in IT skills (MS Office suite, LIMS, SAP, etc.)
* Technically proficient/ knowledgeable in the following chemical procedures and physical measurements (wet chemistry):
Water content, Salt content, Optical rotation and other standard tests
* Knowledge of quality management systems desired (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000)
