Change Grow Live is recruiting a Housing Support Recovery Worker in Hastings to assess and engage service users, helping them access the right interventions. You will co-locate between substance misuse settings and housing offices and deliver psychosocial support within a multi-disciplinary team.
The role requires understanding the impact of drugs and alcohol, at least 12 months in tenancy sustainment, and the ability to work with diverse clients.
