We are looking for someone passionate and committed to join us as a Primary School Teacher

What We Are looking for:

● Someone who
loves working with children

● Creative and able to design engaging learning experiences

● Strong communication skills; works well with colleagues, parents & students

● Deep understanding of child development and progressive education

● Flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas

● Tech-friendly (Google Docs, Canva, etc.)

● Experience with experiential and inquiry-based learning is a plus

● Physically active and energetic

● Committed to staying at least two academic years

● A team player who believes in continuous professional growth
What you’d do:

● Design lesson plans and implement learning activities

● Create a nurturing environment that supports intellectual, social & emotional growth

● Use diverse teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs

● Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and hands-on learning

● Assess student progress and give constructive feedback

● Adjust teaching strategies based on student needs

● Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with pedagogy trends

What you get:

● Monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
