Primary Teacher

We are looking for someone passionate and committed to join us as a Primary School Teacher at Teddy Buddies — a progressive, child-centered school redefining what meaningful learning looks like.

What We Are looking for:

- Someone who loves working with children

- Creative and able to design engaging learning experiences

- Strong communication skills; works well with colleagues, parents & students

- Deep understanding of child development and progressive education

- Flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas

- Tech-friendly (Google Docs, Canva, etc.)

- Experience with experiential and inquiry-based learning is a plus

- Physically active and energetic

- Committed to staying at least two academic years

- A team player who believes in continuous professional growth

What you’d do:

- Design lesson plans and implement learning activities

- Create a nurturing environment that supports intellectual, social & emotional growth

- Use diverse teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs

- Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and hands-on learning

- Assess student progress and give constructive feedback

- Adjust teaching strategies based on student needs

- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with pedagogy trends

What you get:

- Monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
