Role Description
This is a contract role for a Technical Trainer with a focus on testing, based on-site in Thiruvananthapuram. The Technical Trainer (Testing) will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing effective training materials, and implementing training programs. Emphasis will be on ensuring employees and trainees gain the necessary testing skills and knowledge to meet professional standards and organizational needs.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Training (Testing) and experience as a Technical Trainer
Strong skills in Training & Development, including designing and delivering engaging training programs
Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and facilitate discussions across diverse audiences
Ability to conduct hands-on technical testing training and stay updated with current industry practices
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional certification
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Prior experience in the IT industry is an advantage
