Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing course information, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Guidance
Provide detailed information about courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
Understand students' requirements and suggest suitable courses.
Counsel students through phone calls, emails, and direct interactions.
Lead Management & Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively.
Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to achieve targets.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Ensure a positive counseling experience for all prospects.
Data Management
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/Excel.
Track daily activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
Target Achievement
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Contribute to revenue generation and business growth.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications
Any Degree (Bachelor's / Master's)
Freshers or candidates with experience in sales, counseling, or education industry preferred

Preferred Experience
Experience in EdTech / Training Institute / Educational Counseling
Experience in Tele calling / Sales / Customer Handling
