Role Description  The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, Kerala responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a training branch and ensuring smooth delivery of all programs. The role includes managing admissions, scheduling classes, coordinating with trainers, and monitoring the quality and consistency of training delivery. The Branch Manager will lead and support branch staff, set performance goals, and track key operational and revenue metrics.

This position will handle student engagement, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive learning experience from enrollment to course completion. The role also involves driving local marketing initiatives, building relationships with industry partners and academic institutions, and contributing to placement and career support activities for learners.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in branch management, center management, or operations leadership in education, training, or a related service industry.
Strong people-management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in customer service and stakeholder management, with the ability to interact effectively with learners, parents, trainers, and partners.
Good understanding of sales and marketing activities such as lead follow-up, counseling, admissions, and local outreach campaigns.
Ability to work with basic office tools and software (MS Office or Google Workspace), maintain records, and prepare reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Malayalam) is highly desirable.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in a skill development institute, training center, coaching center, or EdTech environment is a plus.
